"Halloweenies" was actually supposed to be a lot longer of a story arc than it ended up being. This strip was supposed to set up part of it, but I ended up not using all of the stuff that it was setting up. I like the way that it looked, overall... it just didn't really have the follow-up it deserved. I will revisit it before long, though, to clear up one or two things that may seem murky.
